When it comes to business correspondence or business phone calls, special vocabulary and phrases are called for. In this course we will be working with examples and training with exercises using model phrases. Focus will be e-mails, inquiries, offers an orders. However, other topics such as arrangements and writing minutes might also be part of the course. To attend this course, it would be beneficiary if you acquired English knowledge on the level of B1/B2.
